Snowed In!

We knew it was suppose to snow, but we never expected to be SNOWED IN (well more like ICED in) for several days! The snow fall began Sunday night...coming down very quickly. I was at bible study and didn't realize how much trouble it would be to get back home. The roads were covered in less than an hour and the temperature was falling way below freezing!

My work, Molly's school was CLOSED on Monday. The roads were all ICE. We couldn't leave our house. It was hard just to get outside to see the snow without sliding and falling. Molly got to enjoy it for a little while. But it was way too cold! We came in and had hot chocolate and made STICKY BUNS! Molly couldn't resist. She couldn't even wait for me to take a picture, she was so excited!
School's closed for Tuesday....ICE Everywhere!


Molly checks out the weather conditions from the door window! We read books, did art, played games and cooked and ate all day.
Wednesday, another day at home! Yay, we could get used to this. We stayed in our jammies all day long and snuggled on the couch! Back to work and school on Thursday! Guess the snow days had to end at some point. We LOVE snow days!
